Hear from the hosts!

I got married! She put a ring on it, folks! We had an absolutely beautiful wedding on the rooftop of the beautiful Moonrise hotel! See pics and videos on our Instagram.

We had a great Halloween Party thrown by Coolfire Studios here in town. It was awesome. See Carrie and I dressed as Paul and Prue from the Great British Bakeoff on our Instagram.

We have exciting partnerships and shows in the works as we approach the end of Season 5. To name a few, more collabs with More to Say with Randi Naughton the podcast, The Urge and Steve Ewing, Voltron and 4 Hands, and of course, Team Jakey. Lots of new events and episodes on the way.

Have a safe and fun Halloween and we’ll see you in November!

Happy Halloween squad!! I just finished the ‘Agatha All Along’ finale and am looking forward to making my triumphant return to the studio to break this season down with the fellas. I’m starting a coven today if anybody wants to join…

‘The Penguin’ is one of my favorite animals, NHL hockey teams, and 100% one of the best shows of 2024. Matt Reeves is showing us a side of Gotham we haven’t seem much on screen. Colin Farrell and Cristin Milioti are going to win some hardware for their performances in the process. I give this season a 3.8/4.0 so far.

And finally, ‘Venom: The Last Dance’ was my favorite of the trilogy. Tom Hardy was born to play Eddie Brock, just as I was born to co-host Mostly Superheroes. A truly symbiotic relationship that I hope we get to see more of someday, somehow. This one gets a 3.2/4.0 for me. Thanks for reading! I am addicted to ‘Mario Party Jamboree’ on Nintendo Switch so I’ll be playing that until further notice. Take care!

October. Already. Hopefully someone remembered to wake up Green Day when the month started cause I sure didn't. I started the month with a tropical trip to the beautiful island of St Lucia.

After that, its been mostly high school football and marching band competitions for me (two kids in band!).

Only one movie this month for me, My Hero Academia: You're Next!, which was great!.

Also saw the incredible Avatar The Last Airbender Live in Concert at the Factory, which I must say, if you're a fan of Avatar, or live symphony, is a must see while they're touring! Support the arts!

I read a few novels Maggies Grave, by David Sodergren cause its spooky season. And Joe Abercrombies Sharp Ends, a collection of short stories in the First Law world that fills in A LOT of gaps between his first 6 books. Great read.

Along with that I have a mountain of comics to catch up on, including the newly launched Absolute Batman and Absolute Wonder Woman which just launched for DC. We'll talk it about all on the show!

Join us in the fun, email us, or hit us on the socials with what you're watchin, readin or doin! We'll talk about! See you all in November!
