Logan:
This week I rewatched ‘Thor’(2011), ‘The Avengers’ (2012), Parks and Rec, and the first 30% or so of ‘Morbius’. We went and saw the premiere of ‘Madame Web’ at the Alamo Drafthouse. HOLY CRAP cannot wait to talk all about this movie! I also dusted off the ‘Star Wars Timeline’ book, gearing up for our Star Wars Timeline Episode coming soon. Outside of watching TV, trying to be fit and mixing in yoga and walking at least once a day! It’s all about the balance.
I also want to highlight YOGA! Oh yoga. Honestly, a bit of a secret weapon. Nothing leaves me feeling more centered and clear. Brain fog? Yoga. Stiff? Yoga, Stressed? YOGA. I have to shoutout our virtual Yoga coach, Jessica Skye with Apple Fitness, We have been experiencing slow and energetic flows ranging from 10-45 minutes per sesh for 3+ years now! Check out Jessica and get on the Yoga mat. I think a Mostly Superheroes Yoga event might be taking shape. You in?
Andy:
I have been playing Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on Xbox since it came out earlier this month. Only a few hours in, it’s already much better than Gotham Knights, but.. that bar is pretty low. More to come. I have hope, but the enemies are getting very repetitive. If this doesn’t change my rating will plummet. Also, the Peloton MCU Rewatch continues. If you’re getting caught up, I made the decision about a month ago that I will be watching the MCU in release order while riding my Peloton bike this year. Phase one is DONE. Phase two begins today with IRON MAN 3 after I took a nice week long vacation to the Waste Management Open in Phoenix. And lastly - DRUM ROLL PLEASE……… I am happy to announce that I have an audition to be on Wheel of Fortune just a few hours from me typing this letter. Pat and Vanna – The champ is coming for the title and that tiny $1 million slice of that wheel.
Scott:
Scotty Scoop here, currently neck deep in multiple forms of media! I'm currently watching several shows, including the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith on Prime starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine. All episodes are streaming now, so check it out, and let us know what you thought and when I drop my review, we can include your thoughts! Delicious in Dungeon, a new anime on Netflix, about an adventuring party who decides to stop needlessly packing food when delving in dungeons, and start cooking and eating the monsters they're slaying! These episodes are dropping weekly and there's going to be 24 total this season! I've also started Project Hail Mary! A novel by Andy Weir, who also wrote The Martian! I'm only a few dozen pages in, but so far, so good. You can look forward to a review from me on that soon as well!

We spent Valentines Day at Alamo Drafthouse STL at City Foundry to see Madame Web (bonus episode coming soon). I can’t think of a more romantic way to spend this Hallmark holiday than chowing down on mozz sticks and fried pickles with my wife, Logan, and Carrie watching a movie rated under 20% on Rotten Tomatoes. Get the Alamo Season Pass if you love the theater experience. It’s so worth it and I’ve very much enjoyed expanding my horizons and seeing new movies in theaters I may not have experienced if I had to pay full ticket price each time.
Scott:
I went to the Cycle Showcase at the Moto Museum! The show was amazing, full of great motorcycles and art work! I've got some great photos posted in the Mostly Superheroes Squad on Facebook, come check it out! Keep an eye out for this yearly event, so you don't miss it next time it rolls through! After the show we visited The City Foundry for some grub from 4HENS, Intergalactic Burgers and STL Toasted! As well as dessert from Poptimism! If you haven't been to The City Foundry, its a food court that includes more than 15 different places to eat, The City Winery, Puttshack and more! Check it out!
Coming Up:
February and March are PACKED. Hope you are ready. On top of the Blade Trinity episode and the interview with Randy Noldge (Cycle Showcase and the Pageant) available to you, we are recording a BONUS episode on Madame Web, and will be recording from Apotheosis Comics in St. Louis as well (a trip across the street to Steve’s Hot Dogs is in order after).
