Steve Ewing: THE URGE, Steve Ewing Band, Master Blaster & Steve’s Hotdogs

Steve Ewing came onto the podcast and we still can't quite believe it. A St. Louis gem and just an all around cool guy. Enjoy the interview with Steve, Logan, The Giggler and Scotty Scoop.

  • Steve's a rock star. He is the singer and performer in bands such as Master Blaster (A Stevie Wonder tribute band), Steve Ewing Band & Duo, and of, course, since the 1980s has been jamming out with a not so little band called The Urge (some famous tracks, “All Washed Up”, “Brainless”, “It’s Gettin’ Hectic”, “Straight to Hell”, “Four Letters and Two Words”, “Too Much Stereo”, and in the top ten “Jump Right In” featuring Nick Hexum of 311 fame.) You remember Mississippi Nights, Point Fest and touring with bands like Korn, 311, & Incubus. The Urge has a show coming up for charity at the Pageant Friday November 24th where you could win a chance to play Donny Fandango in a Space Invaders game ON STAGE! Buy your tickets now:

  • Hear about when in April of 2020, Steve rolled out the #FeedThePeople program In the early days of the COVID-19 crisis and how the program is still alive and well today.

  • You can see Steve featured all the time on Fox 2 in the morning, KMOV, RFT, Stl Biz Journal, 105.7 the point, and on podcasts like The Barn, Offbeat Pod-Cast (A 311 podcast), and The Wright Lane podcast.
