This September, Team Jakey will host the 13th Annual Team Jakey Fest — Featuring Live Music and The Mike Otten Memorial Cornhole Tournament — an event created to honor the life of Jake Zeller, who died by suicide in 2013. What began as a tribute has grown into a powerful movement dedicated to Ending the Stigma
around mental illness and suicide, saving lives, and strengthening our community through open conversation, education, and access to care.

community engagement and events that promote
resilience, encourage dialogue, and ensure
access to mental health resources.

IMPACT
Since our founding, Team Jakey has raised over
$500,000 to support mental health awareness,
education, and treatment in the St. Louis region.
Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit:
• The Team Jakey Foundation – advancing
mental health education, community outreach,
and engagement
• AFSP Missouri and Provident Behavioral
Health – supporting life-saving programs,
training, and direct services across the
metro area
